I had met with accident on **st July and today its been almost * months still I have not received my car repaired even though it was Zero depth policy for motor car. At first I had sent my car to local garage from accident spot since the authorized dealer was far from accident spot by **KM. The surveyor (allocated as per region) didn't came to do the survey which he as supposed to do in person on the local garage instead he sent some other member to do it since it was far from his location (Shrirampur as stated by the surveyor). The other member who did the survey had provided all the photographs as per the process but the appointed surveyor (Satish Deokar) didn't uploaded the right photographs, instead he uploaded the dismental photos of the car, they were trying to reject the claim considering the customer would accept it and will keep quite, but we fought against it. Later they sent the details of the car part which they can cover and in that list they didn't covered the expensive parts and replied to me that those are not damaged and will be on KO (kept open). Before the local garage owner was going to order the genuine parts surveyor said that company will not pay him entire cost to mechanic charges and the rest of it is suppose to bear by the customer so I move the car to authorized dealer by this time * month had passed. Even after sending to authorized dealer it had been * month now. I received message authorized dealer the car is ready and its been * days the insurance company had not replied to authorized dealer neither to me the liability details.
Mistakes did by insurance company are as below:
*) Surveyor (satish deokar) had not followed the process and tried fooling customer.
*) Approval took more time from Nivesh patil sitting in Mumbai
*) Delayed to send the liability details to customer as well as authorized dealer.
*) Didn't covered all the accidental damages and tried to ignore customers call.
