Hi, I am a siti cable network nuser from Hyderabad. I have paid the subscription charges of Rs.***.* on **nd April **** and till now **rd April **** my services are not activated. I have called to SITI NETWORK customer service several times but I get simple reply stating that it will be activated within an hour which is not happening.
Also as per TRAI rules they should provide *** FTA channels per month in base pack but they (SITI CABLE) are providing only ** channels. And when asked siti customer service official say that they are yet to get any update on this.
My VC# ***********
Also whenever I visit to the local cable office, they charge me extra amount.
My humble request to take a strict and severe action against SITI CABLE NETWORK.
