Livspace - Delay Delivery Compensation

I got roped into availing the services of Livspace, office at SCO **, Sector **, Gurugram, Haryana ****** for my residence in A** Ground Floor, Emerald Hills, Sector **, Gurgaon, ******, for design and build of a modular kitchen. The following are the key milestones from order booking till present time, and to this date I have still not received a fully handover.

Order placed *th Sep ****
Referral Amount Paid Confirmation **st Dec **** (***+ days delay)
Final ***% Payment **th Dec ****

As per their project plan shared with me (on **th Sept ****) at the time of order being placed, the handover readiness was to get over on **nd Oct ****. Weekly project plans were to be shared as per the commitment by the project manager highlighting dependencies on my end or theirs to ensure timely completion. The Project team, chose not to send project updates for * weeks, owing to the delay at their end.
To this day , I do not have a complete kitchen, and have easily lost * months rental and multiple man hours causing mental stress in dealing with this company and its management.
Please advise next steps.
