I have a commercial shipment with aramex ( HAWB: ***********) . The package has cleared Indian customs and I have not received any updates even after sending so many emails.
It never takes so long I want to know if aramex has lost my package as I have not been updated by the employees.
My company is registered under GST and custom are are around **-**% but aramex had the audacity to provide me with duplicate Bill of entry and ask for ***% custom charges even before the package went into custom clearance. Now there is no update on my package I am mentally frustrated as nobody wants to help me and my business has lost a lot of money, as a student I can't makeup for the money lost.
I will be attaching Duplicate BOE they gave and my package status
