I am writing this with much disappointment to inform you about Sesa Care Private Limited’s substandard services. I placed a prepaid order “Ayurvedic Hair Vitaliser Combo for Men” from their official e-commerce portal “sesacare.com” on **th September **** at **:** am (Order Number/ID: *****).
The delivery agent (Contact Number: +**-**********) has talked highly unprofessionally as requested to deliver it to the doorstep. He was impolite, he went on to further have a verbal fight with me where he was absolutely insolent and refused to acknowledge his mistake. At last he agreed to deliver it to the doorstep.
He has not maintained the COVID-** guidelines which were issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. I am very displeased with this incident.
