We had booked through Tripojee India Pvt Ltd Noida, a pilgrimage tour to Lucknow- Allahabad-Chitrakoot-Varanasi-Gaya at the end of September ****. After negotiation with Mr.Rohit Sharma from the company, we had agreed upon the final list of Hotels and the package rate of Rs*****/= per person for Hotel Accommodation with Breakfast and Innova Car from Airport at Lucknow to Airport at Gaya.
We had paid a **% advance of Rs *****/= and the balance **% was to be paid on reaching Varanasi.
On reaching Lucknow we were forced by Mr.Rohit Sharma to pay further Rs *****/= in case we need to continue the trip, which we complied with. Further, we were shocked to understand from the Hotel Deep Palace, Lucknow reception that Tripojee had made the booking through Goibibo in the name of the customer to pay on a hotel basis. We had to pay further Rs ****/= to check out of the Hotel.
We had kept Tripojee informed about our displeasure and requested for better service through our mails dated ** & ** Nov **** for which there was no reply from them.
Tripojee had promised to book in Hotel Milan Palace in Allahabad but booked in a budget Hotel Polomax again through Goibibo on the customer to pay at hotel basis. The change in the hotel was also informed to us after we reached Hotel Milan Palace. After several phone calls and WhatsApp messages, the payment was cleared by Tripojee.
The same thing continued in Shree Jee Bhavan, Chitrakoot, and payment was made after several reminders.
When we were leaving Chitrakoot to Varanasi, we were demanded to pay further *****/= which we were not willing to pay as we had almost paid the full cost and as per the agreement we were to pay **% on reaching Varanasi. Tripojee had instructed the Taxi driver not to continue unless we pay further *****/= and continue only after getting confirmation from them.
Considering the treatment meted out to us in Lucknow-Allahabad and Chitrakoot we were not willing to proceed further and had to discontinue our trip then and there. This decision was taken when the Hotel Varanasi Inn informed us that you had canceled the booking done through Giibibo and there was no room.
Considering the discontinued service after Chitrakoot and the amount Tripojee had spent till then, We are requesting them to refund Rs *****/= being the difference in the amount paid by us and spent by you, the details of which are given below.
