- Deficiencies in maintenance services by Builder ^Open

The maintenance services provided by the builder Bairavi at the project Bairavi Cruz Luxor has been lackluster for years. At the same time the builder has been continuously increasing maintenance charges without providing sufficient justification or matching with the quality of service. Queries or complaints to the builder on aspects of the maintenance services are either stonewalled or are incompletely unaddressed. A recent such high handedness by the builder was in the manner in which it raised the maintenance charges under the pretext of replacing EPABX equipment. However till date the intercom in my apartment is not functioning. This is supposedly a high end apartment however the builder has spoiled many aspects of the facilities through poor maintenance and conveniently pocketed the maintenance charges.
