- Defective Spy Pen Camera Open

I have purchased a Spy Pen Camera (HD) through online portal( mrspy.in) for Rs. **** (COD) . I have received it on ** Jul **. When i open the box first I see that there is no other Special box for Pen, just the Spy Pen is wrapped in a bubble sheet with USB cable and small short piece of paper (user manual ) and there is no free gift voucher . They written in their site that Free gift/voucher with every order. According to user manual they said that charge the Spy Pen first for two hours and when attach their USB cable i see it was not charging. I will try so many times but I failed. Next I try to switch on the pen camera putting a micro sd card and success and take some pictures. But when I tried for video recording I was failed. Then for two days I tried so many time to charge and try to video with this but I again failed. Then I talked with their customer support person ( Neha) and told the matter and they told me that
You will get refund within ** days just you email all the problems with this products and about your refund also in our email and they will told what to do. I have received a email that refund will be possible if item is defective. I again send a email written that it was a defect product so refund my money again they write a same email . Again I talked with customer support and she (Neha) told me I cannot do anything because it was decision of the company. I again and again call the customer support number but maximum times either she will not pickup my no. Or no. Is switched off. Please help me out to get my money back. Thank you
