I purchased a Samsung fridge on **th june **** from a renowned SHOWROOM in north Delhi.since then the fridge after every few days was malfunctioning and the whole * years We were irritated and Finally Company declared it to have internal problem and will refund us the amount.. but even after ***s of mails they do not always respond and no refund or compensation has been given to us till date. please help
