I got a bad response from Lenovo technical department. Sir, I am a student and I wasted almost * months for this laptop service. I lost my freelance work and I was not able to attend online class too. This is such a mental trauma, I have faced. As Lenovo directed, I handed over my laptop to Lenovo service centre, Hi-tech Informatics PVT Ltd, Thrissur, Kerala. They replaced the motherboard twice, i.e. on **rd May **** and *st June ****. But unfortunately, the complaint still exists. The first request of service was registered, vide no:********** (**th October ****), the second request registered, vide no: ********** and SR. no: ********** dated *rd June ****. The laptop 'Lenovo Legion Y***', purchased on the *th October ****. But within the very beginning, the laptop showed complaint. But they didn't allow it to be replaced, instead, they promised they would repair it. Already * months elapsed. As a graphic designer and video editor, irreparable loss and hardship suffered to me. A huge monitory loss also happened to me so far.
