I have placed order no. OD****************** on **/*/**** and received it on **/*/**** from Flipkart (Brand new Motorola One Power mobile). I have received a defective product (Screen bleeding and white spot appearing in lower part of screen), reported it and applied for return with in the return policy period. After few days of contacting Flipkart, I have received a Technical Visit where the technician has approved the defect but has claimed that he has no power for approval and he has to follow a certain procedure (taking camera shots for the defective device and forwarding it to his superior). After that I have reported to Flipkart again that the problem is not resolved. the claimed that the Service partner has updated them that "the problem is resolved and customer is happy". I raised a return request again and explained that the problem is visible for the eye and it may not be visible for the camera. After second visit the technician claim the same thing " I can see the problem sir, but I don't have the power to do anything I have to follow certain procedure” (Camera shots again). After the visit I have again reported that the problem still exists and not been resolved. Struggling for days with denial, hold in phone calls for more than ** mins, using languages that I do not speak or understand, hiding options for return on their website and providing fake information, they have sent an email stating that they will initiate a refund and the product will be Picked ON OR BEFORE */*/****. They have not picked the product on that day and I have received a call on the same day to confirm whether the problem has been resolved or not. I confirmed clearly that the problem is not resolved and my request for refund still prissiest. After the call they have updated that the refund is REJECTED claiming that the problem is resolved with Troubleshooting. the device is with me and I can proof that the problem is NOT RESOLVED and I have all records of emails and telephonic conversations that can be used as evidences.
Kindly help me with this matter.
