I have purchased the gixxer sf bs* model motorcycle On **/*/** from suzuki dealer Avish suzuki chennai thirumulaivayal , from the day since I bought the bike stated hearing strange noise from engine so I took this to the notice of the service centre mechanic but they said it just a normal Noise And it will be alright by time but after few days the engine noise increased and engine performance reduced and still dealer refused to provide proper service so I contacted manufacturer vie mail complaint raised ref no ***** and then I called to bring the bike to service but they just adjusted the chain and gave back to me saying it's all fine but I couldn't fine any difference so took the bike another service centre they checked it and confirmed bike engine have timming chain and valve issue and advices me to claim for warranty ... so now I have no way to go back to them beg again so if this issue is not rectified I'm really happy to face them in district consumer forum attaching bike * years warranty slip and bike reg thanks
