I purchased the Vitamin C Face wash *** ML pump bottle from Amazon on *st May ****.
* days before I opened the product to use and I found itching and eyes burning right after applying it on my face. The product gives dettol smell and eyes burning so hard that you can't keep it applied barely for a second.
First day I ignored it, but second day the same thing happened. I called Amazon regarding this, but they asked to make contact with you only.
Hence I bring this situation to your attention as you have a good reputation in Indian markets. I believe I would get a quick response from you with better resolution.
I also offer you to send your team member to my address and use this product and then they will know how harsh it is.
