Google - Defective Product

I had bought Google pixel buds A from tatacliq. But i found the right bud was not working. Immediately i contacted tatacliq and asked them to replace/refund but they asked me the Job sheet from google . Then i contacted google and their technical support team assisted me with telephonic troubleshooting . After performing all the troubleshooting steps google confirmed me that it the issue could not be resolved and they also sent me a mail confirming this. This email is the required Job Sheet which tatacliq wanted. So i sent that jobsheet along with other details to tatacliq to process my refund. After that they rejected my refund request and said that since the product is under warranty the replacement will be done by google. Then i reached out to google and they asked me to provide the product Serial No and invoice . I sent that to google and after few days google replied me saying that tatacliq is not our authorised retailer so they cannot provide warranty and suggested to reach out to tatacliq for warranty claims. Now tatacliq is neither responding to my queries nor processing refund.
