Inalsa Home Appliances - Tuareg Marketing Private Limited - defective product

Dear Sir,
I have purchased Stand Mixer UNI BLEND **** of Inalsa from M/s Jindal Enterprises on *th March ****. From the very first use it was not working fine but eventually it stopped functioning. I registered a complaint vide Tkt No: HAR********* DATED **/*/** AT **.** AM ON Inalsa App which was attended and Motor as well as the plastic gear of the machine was changed by the rep. The machine had to be taken to the service centre and was not repaired at my place. Though the mixer according to the technician was ok but it was not functioning smoothly. Again the complaint was lodged vide Tkt No: HAR********* dt.*/*/** at *.** am and likewise again the gear was changed by the Insala service provider. Then again within days the stand mixer again stopped functioning and I had to lodge yet another complaint vide Tkt No: HAR********* dated **/*/** at **** hrs which was also attended and the plastic gear was again changed. Now again when I used the mixer for *-* minutes after the latest change over of gear it stopped functioning altogether and yet again I lodged the complaint vide Tkt No: HAR********* on **/*/** at **** hrs. The technician came today and has told that gear again has worn out. It is really shocking to note that if any part of the machine gets worn out in minutes then how will it even last the warranty period. The technician also told that there is problem with this model as the gear has been made of plastic which wears out quickly and that is the reason for this problem.
I am unable to use my mixer even after paying the full price. This is simply frustrating and causing a lot of trauma & headach to me. I demand full refund of the price which I paid along with damages and due apology from the company for providing such an defective stand mixer. I have lost complete trust in the company and suggest all others to not buy from Inalsa as they are not only cheaters but also do not care for its customers.
