I purchased new Lenovo laptop in July **** and i have one year warranty and guarantee. Within * months from the time of purchase, there had been hardware issues * times. First time my screen's glue was coming out and got cracks after * weeks of the purchase. I filed complaint and after **-** days one of their engineer came and replaced the part of the monitor. Again this is the second time i am facing issue of the camera hardware of this laptop. Today engineer came after * weeks of the complaint and still the issue was not resolved. He said that other part need to be replaced. I need a replacement of this laptop or total refund from the company due to this pathetic service and issues. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
