I received a defective LED Tubelight from Wipro through online shopping (bought in Oct ****) on Amazon for which I registered a complaint through **** *** **** (mailed to helpdesk.lighting@wipro.com also) on *st Nov **** from my Mobile no. ********** regarding a defective product Wipro Garnet Multicolor LED **w batton, the product flickers when switched on.
Wipro customer care executive Simran registered a complaint on the same day *st Nov. So far I called * contact persons (provided through customer care) namely Hariom, Tarun and Arvind but no resolution provided. ** days have passed and complaint is still unresolved.
Every time I call customer care to know the status of complaint I receive a response "Sir, we are sorry for inconvenience caused to you, we will get the complaint resolved as soon as possible" and there is no written response received through email and no time for resolution given except as soon as possible.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
