My name is Anjani Chaubey. My mobile number is ********** . I live at Indore(M.P.). I purchased Skin Alive Cream, manufactured by Ultratech Pharmaceuticals, District- Solan (Himachal Pradesh) and marketed by Right Vision Pharma, Mumbai, for removal of scars . Instead of removing scars, this defective Skin Alive Cream, has blackened my face. I want compensation of Rs. * lakhs, for treatment of my blackened face, caused due to this defective cream. Ultratech Pharmaceuticals and Right Vision Pharma, both are involved in fraudulent and unethical activities.
