Windzard Ecommerce Private Limited - Defective product received

Dear Sir,
I made an online purchase of * no. Infinity Bluetooth Speaker *.* Channel (Octabass ***, Black) [SN: FD****-KJ*******] from Winzard Ecommerce Private Limited, Chennai. They sent it to through Professional Couriers. I collected the same from courier. When I tried to play music, I found that the items is defective ie., some cracking sound is coming from the subwoofer. And also noted that a small physical damage is there on the corner side of the subwoofer. At the same moment, I intimated the product fault to Winzard team and they told me to lodge a complaint to Harman Customer Service and wait for them for demo. Accordingly I lodged a complaint to Harman, The service personnel from Harman came to my place and checked the product. He certified that the product (subwoofer) is damaged and noted the physical damage of the same. He told me to request for a product replacement from Winzard. Accordingly I spoke to Winzard, but they refused my request. They said that they will arrange for repair the product but any service charges and new spare cost if any; should be borne by me. The Harman company also not ready to take up the issue because the product is physically damaged. So they are telling that it doesn't cover under warranty. Both the parties are not taking up the responsibility. Finally, I'm the loser. I Lost my money and lying the product with me no use. So please help me in this regard sir.
