Bought an iPhone **pro max from @Flipkart but the mic was not working after * day of usage and @flipkartsupport denied replacement and requested to visit @Apple sevice centre for solving the issue.
Flipkart representative guided me to go to the nearest @Apple service centre. The @Apple Service centre denied any replacement as the product was brought from @Flipkart . Now @Flipkart personnels demands a denial letter from apple for not providing replacement.
This is unacceptable because the burden shouldn't fall on the customer for damaged from Flipkart has sold to ke. Flipkart has not taken any responsibility on their part for defective products to be replaced on their part when its no fault of the customer. They are putting more burden on the customer by asking for denial letter from apple which apple clearly does not provide as per telephonic conversation with them.
I demand compensation for the harrasment and burdening faced by me and the monetary loss of my hard earned money.
