I have purchased Kratos , stand mixer of inalsa from Amazon which was delivered to me on **th SEP, ****. On the first use it was working fine but on second use it stopped functioning. I registered a complaint (complain no. Ups*********) with inalsa customer care on **th October, ****, which was not entertained till **th October.
Then I again called up customer care to know the progress of my complaint, to my shock, they told me that there is no complaint registered from my mobile no. with them. On providing the complaint no. they said that the mobile no. mentioned in the complaint was wrong.
They opened a new complaint (Ups*********) which was entertained by the company technician on **th Nov, **** after multiples calling on customer care. But when the technician came, he was not aware of the product and how to repair it. He mentioned in his report that the motor is not working and told that they will place an order for the motor with the company.
I called up customer care many times but the complain wasn't resolved and on *nd Dec the customer care representative said that my complain is cancelled as I was not reachable. On asking the calling details they again said that the mobile no. mentioned in the complaint is wrong. Now my question to them was if the mobile no. mentioned was wrong then how come I was receiving calls and messages from the company. For this they don't have any answers and they tried to mend their statement.
After a long ** mins call with the customer care admin he assured me that my complain will get resolved at the earliest. They again registered a new complain (UPS*********). The technician visited on ** Dec, **** and changed the motor and shown me that the product is functioning. There was some sparkling in motor for which he said it's normal. But when I again tried to use the mixer on ** Dec to mix the cake batter...within * minutes there was a smell of some burning and very soon I saw the fumes from the machines. The machine speed got lowered. And it stopped completely.
Since then I have been chasing them but got no response from them. They have stopped responding and it looks that they have blocked my number.
The machine warranty is of * years and * months have already passed but I am unable to use my mixer even after paying the full price. This is simply frustrating and causing a lot of trauma to me. I demand full refund of the price which I paid along with damages and apology letter. Now, after facing these issues I have lost trust in the company and suggest others to not buy from Inalsa as they are cheaters.
