i* Earpods order #IEP*****. I received this order. But the whole product was defective.
*. Both pods were of the same ear (right)
*. Charging case doesn't work.
I complained more than ** times on their site. Did not receive any reply from them. I have sent more than ** emails no reply yet. Please help me get a refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
