Flipkart Bengaluru - Defective product delivered

Sir I have purchased a phone from flipkart on **th September **** the phone was POCO M* priced at **,***/- INR
it had issue regarding it's gyroscope sensor, so I immediately filed a return request on flipkart app on the delivery date itself. Earlier flipkart support assistant told me that you can get a replacement so I have asked for a replacement of the product but the technician from Jeeves visited my house and checked the phone, even he saw the issue but he is rejecting the replacement even after seeing the issue. I'm very disappointed by the way flipkart is handling my issue. I already wrote an email to flipkart but I didn't get any callback for further proceeding. I am poor student who bought this mobile from my own savings and I cannot bear this loss, even i am unable to sleep and my mental health has totally deteriorated due to this issue. Please look into this matter and help me as early as possible because I don't want to loose my MONEY.
