Flipkart and Jeeves pvt ltd - Defective handset delievered

I ordered a redmi note * pro mobile phone from flipkart on ** July **** and defective item i received after that i raised a complaint for replacement and same day technician visited(in evening) and reply me that your mobile phone will get replaced within * - * days but on the same day approx. **:**PM my request had cancelled by flipkart. After that i talk to technician regarding this issue and he tells me that by mistakenly wrong information is sent from his side thats why your request had cancelled. And he suggested to me that again raise a complaint with same issue and i followed up in a same manner. On ** July ****, a call is received by me from flipkart customer care and he suggested to me that wait upto expected date given by them i.e **th July **** (today) and today ( morning) again a call is received by me from flipkart executive and said to me your request had cancelled by telling a reason"your reason raised is wrong but i followed up as per conversation with technician on this issue" and again from their side they forced to me and want again raise a complaint with same issue and tells me to wait for ** th July ****. I ordered a mobile phone because i need it urgently now presently i have no mobile phone but i use mobile phone of my friend. They are harassing me very much so please sir i have request that my issue will be resolved as soon as possible. Pls support me.
