Amcore Interiors - Defective Furniture has been made

I called Amcore interiors on ** May ****
For making furniture as per discussion it was * wardrobe, *bookshelf and one * seater sofa and * table of hydraulic. It was oral communication.
This cost ****** including making charges.

He sent me different quotations. I saw it later and then I cancelled the sofa as the * seater sofa was there in quotation.

After that he charged me
Dressing extra charge ***** (as place was changed but it was something I already shown him and was include in ******)
Book self extra glass ****(it was his mistake of design and i made correction so he should pay for the new design still I was kind enough to pay him)

Laminate golden extra ****, Laminate glossy extra charge ***** (far more than actual price after asking he said that it include making cost while I have already made payment for making cost)

I specifically gave instructions not to make sharp edges but he intentionally suggested lamination which can lead to sharp edges just to make extra money and when I asked him so he told me that we will make it smooth and later he said that it will remain as it is.

Nothing is as per my design but I said okay let's not make them suffer.

I ordered a bed for ***** and the bed is not as per my design as I specifically asked for drawers but he made a false claim to deliver a bed with drawers but I adjusted that too and it is making noise if a lil heavy person is sleeping on it. Cushion of bed is uneven with zero finishing. Headboard sheet is broken too.

Despite everything I was kind enough to consider and adjust with undesirable designs but Sheets of furniture are either broken or made with two joins with zero finishing. Not even a single piece of furniture is in good condition.
I have given him enough time for correction and I told him to use a cheap sheet in the same color for bed(only for bed) as I don't want his loss but he used a different color sheet and he made it worse than before.
As per our last conversation he said that I will do everything after eid but now he stopped replying as well. I have taken enough mental harassment and financial loss with time waste.
I don't want furniture i want my money back as I gave him enough time and chances its beyond my tolerance and I can't take this unprofessional behavior anymore I have office to attend and I can't stay at home anymore. My stuff is unorganized and my house is a mess despite giving enough money and time.
