I had paid for Sport Dumbbells Which Were Offered To Me by The Concerned Sales Person "Mr P Mari" To Be of The Best Quality for Round Rubber Dumbbells. He took payment for that in advance and had delivered materials after ** days. All The Dumbbells delivered were having cracks and crevices on rubber surfaces against which I had raised complaints and the showroom did undertake to replace a few of the dumbbells after * months after repeated appeals made to them. The Replacements they delivered were found out to be more defective than their previous ones and I immediately complained the very day against them. But they refused to replace them and after * months of constant appeal they tried to negotiate with * pair of replacements with discounts against which I could purchase anything else. But they never did that including all the other dumbbells that I had raised issues with. They had gone on giving us fake assurances and had even gone to the extent of saying that they had booked them by courier. The very said person Satheesh Kumar refused to share the consignment details with me saying that I would not be able to track them even though there was no reason to be. I waited for * months after he told that he had dispatched them and when in the January I tried to follow up with it, he gave a sheer excuse that the very courier would start the festival of Chennai which is Pongal. The Courier had not dispatched by that time even though he had found of a consignment booking whose details he did not share with me. Even though It takes a maximum of * days to reach from Chennai to Kolkata or from wherever station he is booking from which should not take more than ** days as per courier information, I grew suspicious as over * months had passed and still there was no news of it. When In January I called him up, he responded with the very excuse that I had mentioned before and prolonged the wait till *-* months later when he said to me bluntly that the courier had mistakenly diverted towards Guwahati where it had got struck and was not in a position to deliver any further and so no one was taking delivery from them. The onset of Covid ** handed him the most fetched privilege to cover up the delivery issue with fastidious details which even followed with blocking of my no.s when he could not come up with further excuses. He strictly claimed that dumbbells replaced more than * times would not be replaced again as it forbidden to do so by his company. In a case like this when the same person had lied to me over months of having booked the replacement had then resorted to passing over the onus to his company heads where issues such as like for dumbbells are not dealt by his company in any manner as was confirmed by several of his company persons like Vivek Jha & Others who had informed us as such that Dumbbells Sold By Metro Sports Which is just a dealer, are purchased locally and that the company including the very person bears no responsibility on its been delivered defective and so would have nothing of the issue although their contact details had been shared by the Welcare Personnel who informed us of (Vivek Jha) and his position in the company. This, however continues to be fruitful game they took part in to frustrate me in which it turned out to be whoever I tried to contact after receiving their details from the earlier passes over the onus of the issue to others who again claim it to be not concerning them. I was made a scapegoat of their unscrupulous fun and play affair in which with whoever I pursued mislead me over wasting my time and appeals in pursuit of the issue. Even though I had informed them the very day they were delivered and had indicated the defects on the same day they replaced. Most pathetically, it is found that the rest of the dumbbells which had not been used for once are deteriorating very fast and hence are unfit for long use which is not fit for use. Then a time came when the said person Mr. Mari came to Kolkata after sitting over at Chennai and ignoring our issue for as long a period of ** months and told us to forget the old issue and approach them if there is anything new to be done. He never replaced them and had blocked my calls which continues till today when over * years had passed and they are not making their presence available either over phone or at Showroom. They had been asking us to go for a legal case and had been harassing us each day I went there at their showroom whereas the one sitting there repeatedly denies of having taken any money from us and denies any knowledge of it although he was there during the whole time visiting my house to collect the replaced dumbbells although he had collected the defective dumbbells during one and only replacement they had done which were again defective. Dear Sir, I had been victimized by their foul play and had even made me suffer both mentally and physically over the * */* long years which compels me to write and inform you of the issue.
