We had bought a cooler on the *th of May. It started leaking on the very night we brought it home. We went to the store the next day morning and complained to them the same. They said they are gonna send the technician but haven’t sent any for * days. The *rd day we again went to the store and enquired. They asked us to fix it by ourselves and when we said no. They gave us some wrong numbers which were never attended by anyone. As we cautioned them that we are gonna raise a complaint on consumers forum they have sent a worker (not the technician) who was unable to identify the exact defect, worked on the machine for a while and left without resolving the problem. We tried calling on the numbers they have given and realised it's going in vain and moved ourselves to the store once again in the blazing sun on May **th. The elderly shop keeper told us that the technician has gone for lunch and he would reach our house in an hour. We had waited for * hours and there was no response. So it happened that we again went to the store and there sat a young lady who was very rude and said that there were no technicians available in a rude tone. When we started questioning our rights she just snatched the bill off our hands and has torn it and said she is never gonna give her service. We spoke to her husband and went to the store again in the night and only then he got a technician but sadly there was some problem in the motor and the problem was not resolved and this person says he is not responsible for it. On top of it, he demanded a sorry and got a person along with him to our house and threatened and abused us. There were our neighbours gazing at us and giving awkward looks. We just bought a new product And it did not work fine even for a single day. Though we are busy it so happened that we need to go to the store making some time especially for this purpose in the hot sun with a toddler because they never gave us proper acknowledgement and appointment. And the water leakage just spoiled my ***** worth mattress. Every single day as soon as I wake up I dry the entire hall which is soaked with the water from the leakage.
