Suman sengupta filed complaint against Eurekaforbes on May 1, 2020
I have bought a Eurekaforbes Aquaguard on April **** for the health safty of my * childrens of *years old ,Faced leakage problem on July **** ,they have come to repair and repaired it, after that again faced leakage problem December **** , i have mailed the company for a replacement coz i was sure that this problem will happen again , after many mails they informed that no replacement is possible , they came and repaired the product ,again from yesterday **th April **** facing same problems , I would have not complaint and request compensation but its turned very serious, from today my *.* year old girl was vomiting and have savior stomach upset ,No Doctors are seeing patient because of COVID ** fear after some telephonic talk with the doctors they gave medicines ,and now she is little fine. Today when i opens the Aquaguard upper cover i saw the unfiltered waters are going into the tank and from yesterday we all are consuming the unfiltered water .
I request to please take strict action against them,I can attach all the emails i have written and their replies.
