HITACHI A.C - DEFECTIVE 1 WINDOW AC

Dear ma'am/sir,
I purchased *.* ton Hitachi window ac model no. RAW***KUD WINDOW AC *.*TR HITACHI KAZE PLUS-RAW***KUD having product ODU ***A***** on **th May ****.The mentioned AC stopped working last week and to rectify the issue I raised the complaint on *th Sep through Hitachi customer care app.The service engineer visited the site on **th Sep and after diagnosing the unit said that Comoresssor motor is faulty.
The service engineer again visited the site today on **th sep and came up with motor but could not open up the fan blower assembly due to improperly mounted nut bolts and improper tool.Now the person said it is not possible to open it on the site and need to carry it in workshop where the nut bolts etc will be cut and then issue will be attempted.
Seeing the slowness and poor service from your end now I have to raise the issue to higher level as proble still persisting and I am facing a lot problem due to high humidity and temperature.In this pandemic situation it is very difficult to risk prone to allow the service personnel inside house.
Now I am highly fedup with the situation and request you to resolve the issue ASAP by replacing this irrepiarable faulty unit with a new piece ASAP.
Hoping prompt response and action from your end as Hitachi is a premium value based customer focussed organisation.
If issue is not addressed then I have to take route of grievance redressal through formal official channel of consumer forum.
