I bought the device at a mobile store LOT in Vijayawada and I came back to Bangalore. I found the device is full of defects like Sudden Network Drop, Microphone not working properly, charging takes * hrs to complete, battery coming *-* hrs only, the display suddenly changing to yellow and suddenly restarting. I went to a service center for fixing them. They took for a week and told that all the issues are resolved, except screen replacement. But, I didn't see that the problem was fixed. Whenever I contact them they are telling that there is no stock. When I consult other customer care centers they are asking **** for screen replacement. But there is no damage on the phone to reject the warranty for replacing my screen. Still, all the issues are there.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
