Revolt Motors - Defected charger given after replacement

Got a new bike and after *months charger wasn't working. So as per policy I should get my charger repaired or get a new one. But actually got an old chaher whose circuit was in very bad condition. Also I received it after one month and they told me that cone in **days you will get it. Also they dont receive calls.
