Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a home product (Lifelong LLDI**, **** Watts, Dry Iron, Temperature Control, Blue & White) from Reliance Digital (*nd October ****) Product is under warranty (Product warranty is * years). On *th March **** there was some defect in product is not working. I complained to Reliance Digital customer care. So Reliance Digital asked for some pictures of my product, via email which I also sent. Reliance Digital people took back the product through courier. After reaching out to the warehouse of Product Relations Digital, I was informed through mail and call on ** March ****. Reliance Digital will refund you the money for your product by ** March ****. Sir I am contacting through email till *th April **** neither have I received my product return & not back refund money till date. I am repeatedly being told by email that we have received your mail. As per your concern, we would like to inform you that, we have escalated the images and your concern to our concerned team regarding product not working. Kindly allow us ** to ** hours to revert back with a positive response. I humbly pray that my problem will be solved soon. Again request please send the return amount details as below:
