Hi, * year back I changed my ICICI Normal master debit card to ICICI Coral debit card to get the Offers of Movie tickets by paying Annual charges of *** rupees.
Below are the List of Offers they Promised:
*. Buy one and get one Free movie ticket on Bookmyshow - * Tickets per month,
*.Inox - * Tickets per month and
*.BigCenimas - * Tickets per month

Now they changed offers to very low benefits to Customer as below
*.Get **% discount on movie tickets purchased at www.bookmyshow.com
*.Get **% discount on movie tickets purchased at INOX Movies multiplexes
*.No offers on BigCinemas
-->I am here to get Justice to get the previously promised offers to me. please help me on this issue
-->The present offer is not favorable to Customers
-->The mentioned ***/- loss is not a one time, it will effect on next movie bookings
--> I tried to reach ICICI bank customer support via Email, they are suggesting me to follow the Few steps in Bookmyshow, but that procedure wont work now.
-->Note: *+* offer was previously worked and i used that offers Once or Twice before
---> Kindly help us to resolve this issue. Thank you
