While taking cash from the ATM ,I am getting a receipt like "Contact Your Branch". So I went to my home branch and asked about this issue.They said "ATM Card Chip has a complaint,So you can apply for a new ATM and it costs around Rs.***" . I asked " But my ATM card has no damage or no scratches on it ,why should I get a new ATM". They have no answer for this. So I herewith attached the details along with my ATM Card image of front and back side.
and also attached the receipts.
Receipt images are attached with number on it.
*. Tried for withdrawal
*. Tried for PIN Change OTP generation.
*. Tried for withdrawal using old PIN number
*. Changed My PIN
*&*. Tried withdrawal using new PIN.
Note: Debit card working to change PIN number.But not working for withdrawal
