Furnituremart - Dealer is refusing for replacement within warranty of the product

I have purchased a bed for which the dealer has given * years of warranty but it has been broken within * months. Now the dealer is refusing for the replacement and fighting to me, blocking my contact (every no in reject list) and very rudely behaving.
