Idea Cellular Limited - Deactivated my idea prepaid number

The idea cellular which now Vodafone Idea has deactivated my mobile number and sim card without any message, notice or call. I call up *** from my wife mobile number and they said because I didn't recharge my idea number from the past ** days. So they have deactivated my sim card on **th March ****. The idea has not given me ** days grace time also. I was unaware about this ** days rule, the Vodafone idea didn't inform about total deactivation of my sim and mobile number. I came to know about this deactivation when I called up *** from my wife mobile. I had also sent email to Vodafone idea customer care but of no use since my idea number was deactivated on **/**/****. I think I am still in the grace period of ** days. The Vodafone idea cellular should have informed me about the total deactivation of my sim card at least ** hours in advance. Kindly request the Vodafone idea to activate my sim card immediately without any delay.
