- Damaged Watch Returned but Not getting replacement since 1 month Open

Dear Team, I am deeply frustrated that I got the product from crossbeat , smartwatch ignite spectra which failed within just ** days, It suddenly stopped working. I ordered it on *st November and after the first charge it worked well for almost ** days and when I left it without charging for *-* days it stopped working. It is not even charging. I have paid **** for the watch which is not working after just ** days. How can I trust the product? and after that I have to take extra efforts to print the invoices, add the details on a separate document and pack the product and ship it to Bangalore. This will cost me my time and money as I have to ship the product and pay return shipment charges as well. I am deeply unsatisfied and want to escalate this issue to higher authorities, as I don't know when will they solve the issue and will I get refund or New product.
Now after sending them watch, they took * days and sent email that they will replace the watch and I paid delivery charges also, Its been ** month still I haven't received product and they are playing on emails that wait for ** hrs snce last ** days. Its been a month now I am not able to use the watch.. Loss of money loss of time.. Worst experience.
