I ordered SAMSUNG Crystal *K iSmart Series *** cm (** inch) Ultra HD (*K) LED Smart
Tizen TV **** Edition through Flipkart on * Feb **** vide order ID OD****XXXXXXXXXX****. Product was delivered on **th Feb **** and samsung technician visited on ** Feb **** for installation and demo. To my surprise, when technician opened the box, tv was found to be damaged at one corner. Immediately on that day I put the return request but no concrete action has been taken on the same by Flipkart. Further, i was informed that brand Samsung is processing my replacement request but still no concrete information is received till date. I was told that samsung technician shall visit for verification and confirmation of replacement. Samsung technician already visited yesterday morning on ** Feb ****, but till now, same has been not updated by Flipkart. Replacement request status is showing that my request is put on hold. Why so much of delay and harassment from Flipkart. At one hand i have paid full amount in advance but firstly Flipkart has sent me damaged TV and now they are delaying and harassing me for no fault of mine. On checking with Samsung customer care, they said that a service request is placed but no action is taken by them also. Both Flipkart and Samsung are playing with my time and money leading to my mental harassment.
