Ordered Duo Touch Blackforest Cake for mother's day that was delivered in May ** in a severely damaged condition. Wrote to Winni twice and seeked help on WhatsApp service. Absolutely no help. The agent in WhatsApp reply very late and leave the chat abruptly without a solution. They won't refund or send a fresh new cake to compensate
