Hello I placed an order on **th april order id ***-*******-******* . Recieved on *th may . Recieved damaged earphones . Ask for replacement/return on the very same day. They told me pickup will be on *th or *th or *th may. But it wont happen. Today is **th and amazon is ignoring my concern. Try to contact them but always gets negative response.
