My order id is - ***** and purchase date is **/**/****.
i had purchased a watch from watch kart.com and the product had some defect , thus i mailed to the company as well as spoke and shared the details of my order with the person incharged via phone and what sap. i was assured that the action would be taken and i would be given a replacement .But since then the phone is switched off and there is no revert from the company's side.
i want my money refunded,kindly please help.
