I ordered a Philips electric iron for ₹**** on **/*/**** and received a damaged product. I immediately called infibeam team and registered my complaint, but so far they have not refunded my money. Whenever I called them, they used say that they need another **-** hours to get an update on my complaint.
I am helpless now.
