SK COLLECTION - Damaged product delivered by SK COLLECTION

I was surfing the net for robot that can mop and wash the floor and Incan across this website SK Collection.in this product was visible on this site for ****/- I thought of booking but this site was new so I did not book the product. But to my surprise I received a call from SK collection asking why haven’t u completed processing ur order to which I replied about since u r a new website I would not be interested but the guy convinced me and asked me to place order and also assured easy refund procedure if you did not like the product. Subsequently order was placed and the product with order no **** was delivered on **-*-**** and on the very same day we had spoken to one MR Robin and dropped email to them at **.** hrs asking them to pick up the product and return my money to my bank account

But to my surprise these guys have blocked my mobile and treating my email complaints as a piece of unwanted email.

I have been calling these guys but no response
