On **-**-**** I purchase cookies gift hamper (order no. *********** cost Rs **** + midnight Rs ***) & cake midnight delivery (order no. *********** cost Rs **** midnight Rs *** (included)) for cookies gift hamper. I receive mail on the same day. It is a courier product. It delivers by * days after your order placement date and *** they refund then I request to cancel whole product I want midnight for both product they refuse for cancellation and refunding money. I change the delivery address **- Aug-****. I got the cookies gift hamper in damaged condition. I request to take it back and refund my money again they refuse. I request to cancel my both the orders again they refuse customer support is very worst now they are saying they refund my midnight delivery charges *** Rs and again redeliver the same product but I don't want the product. I mentally feel very harass against this issue and financially Rs ****/-.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.

The cake i ordered was completely and totally different to the cake reached in the picture. No similarity at all, very bad quality as well. Plus the note to be given was also not given.
