Dear Sir/Madam
I am highly embarrassed with the above order related due to following points.
*. The flower bouquet was supposed to be delivered within ** am to ** pm but not delivered
*. Much delay in delivered and not solving the purpose is equal to not delivered
*. Product delivered after * pm which is not required because all the celebration done by that time
*. The flower delivered are very demaged condition
*. Complain logged many times but not a single times any call back or communication received.
