RAMA ENTERPRISES filed complaint against urban clap company on Sep 29, 2020
On ** Sep **** we have booked an AC service person in Urban Clap for low cooling in our O general AC, In which they have started their job and said that it was short-circuited and it should be repaired and it will take * days. Then we told that okay arrange as working as before he said yes and arranged and got off. After that, we switched on the AC it was blinking. It was not the case before, it happened after the service. When we ask for that he said that I will come again and look into it. But he not accepting the case.The issue was raised after the service.
