DTDC COURIER CARGO LTD NAVAPURA SARNATH VARANASI U P - DAMAGED ITEMS RECEIVED

I have sent my household items vide receipt no D******** & ******** dt.**.**.**.& **.**.** and received here on **.**.** & **.**.**. While unpacked found that total * items were heavily damaged and unusuable condition.I have complained to the customercare dtdc on **.**.** & **.**.** but no reply received from them.Then I write to the NCH on **.**.** and they take action but dtdc replied that as per their rules it should be noticed within ** hrs of delivery time and they closed the case. So pl.help me in this regard for such type of irresponsible and callous service for which I have spent Rs.****.** per packet .I am enclosing herewith the first letter with photos(* items,i.e.Induction cooker,water filter, sound speaker,thala,nonstick kadai handle).
