Sunrise International Limited - Damaged furniture received

I got a damaged cabinet from sunrise international furniture or as they sell online https://thetimberguy.com/. The cabinet is badly damaged with a crack on it. On raising the issue I was told to get a carpenter and they would send some material for fixing it. Also they told.me that according to there experience a carpenter would cost around ***-*** rs which sounded like a joke. Told them I can't find anyone and asked them to find someone and please get the job done. Didn't ask for a refund. Didn't ask for a replacement but there reply was so outrageous that it seems like they just don't care about there customers. They asked me to go through there company policies I really wonder with the amount of stuff they send is it very hard for them to just organize a carpenter here ? They did arrange someone for my bed assembly but a carpenter they can't ! To fix a damaged good they have sent ? To be honest all the goods have scratches and dents but keeping those aside would have just expected a better response with this one. Very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Also mind you this was after nearly two months delay of my product.
