We purchased furniture worth Rs **,*** - Wooden Three Seater Diwan with trolley, Wooden Two Seater Sofa, Wooden storage cot with * trolley and wooden center table via email and phone calls from Mr Naveen Jain of Sunrise Furniture Jodhour on **-**-****. An advance payment of Rs. **,*** was made via online transfer at the time of booking. The furniture was delivered via Gati on **-**-****. The remaining amount of Rs. **,*** was paid in cash at time of delivery. However, half of the furniture was damaged and two seater sofa was smaller than agreed upon size. After much request and talks with Mr Naveen Jain and regular follow up with Gati, the damaged furniture parts (parts of bed, center table and parts of sofa & diwan) were picked by Gati on **-**-****.
As promised by company to replace damaged parts free of cost (mentioned in order email), I have been following up regularly with Mr Jain on his whats app (+************) and phone (+************) for sending back new parts for almost two years. He promised me multiple times about sending new furniture parts but it has been all lies. Multiple complains were made to NCH and Jago Grahak Jago forum. The seller has not responded to these complains as well. He sent some parts in Oct **** but still some parts are left. The seller has stopped taking my calls and no reply to messages. I am thinking of taking legal action on him now. The seller contact details:
