DELL IS THE WORST EVER BRAND..THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDING MY LAPTOP WHICH I PURCHASED ON **TH DEC ****.THIS LAPTOP I PURCHASED IS FOR MY WORKING PURPOSE BUT THEY GAVE ME REALLY PATHETIC PRODUCT..IT IS MY FIRST LAPTOP I STARTED WORKING ON THIS LAPTOP FROM ** JAN ****, AND IT STARTED GIVING ME TROUBLE JUST IN * MONTHS..I GOT HINGES PROBLEM ON **TH APRIL ****..I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE THEY ASKED ME TO VISIT SERVICE CENTER..SO I VISITED THEIR LAXMI NAGAR DELHI, SERVICE CENTER,,AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT PART IS NOT AVAILABLE AND IT WILL TAKE * DAYS..I INFORMED THEM I AM USING THIS FOR MY OFFICE PURPOSE..* DAYS TOO LONG I CANNOT LEAVE LAPTOP..THEY TOLD ME THAT I CAN WORK ON THIS AS DELL TECHNICIAN WILL VISIT WITH * * DAYS AT MY HOME ONLY TO GET IT REPAIRED..* DAYS PASSED NOBODY CAME, I EMAILED THEM AND SINCE THEN I AM JUST GETTING COPY PASTE REPLY, APOLOGY PART NOT AVAILABLE..SOMETIMES THEY ARE SAYING WE HAVE DISPACTCHED UR PRODUCT..NO RESOLUTION YET..AFTER SO LONG THEY SAID THEY WILL PROVIDE ME NEW LAPTOP AS REPLACE THIS..ITS BEEN MAY **** END,,AND I AM STILL WORKING ON THIS DEFECTIVE PEICE OF JUNK..HOW COULD ONE WORK ON THE DEFECTIVE PEICE HOW? THEY ARE GIVING ME SO MUCH MENTAL STRESS..ITS BEEN * LONG MONTHS...* MONTHS...MY WORK IS GETTING HAMPER DAY BY DAY..I AM NOT ABLE TO PUT DOWN THIS ALAPTOP SCREEN..WHO WILL SAY I BUYED THIS PEICE OF JUNK AT *****RS ...*****RS IS NOT A SMALL AMOUNT FOR ME..ITS BEEN * MONTHS...I AM WORKING WOMAN.. DOING NIGHT SHIFTS,,,THEY DO KNO ALL THIS STILL LEAST BOTHERED...THEY ARE TYPICALLY BUSY WITH THEIR SLOW SLOW SUPER SLOW PROCESS....ITS BEEN * MONTHS WHAT SHOULD I DO..WHAT SHOUL I INFORM AT MY WORK PLACE..WHY M NOT ABLE TO WORK..ITS NOT * DAY OR * WEEK ITS BEEN * MONTHS...PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME
